Dear Sirs,
GOVERNMENT OF HONG KONG: GODBER EXTRADITION
Thank you for your letter of 21 October.
The Hong Kong Government have told us that they appreciated the position set out in paragraphs 2-6 of our telegram dated 16 October (whose text I enclosedwwith my letter of 18 October).
In reply to the questions raised by John Lester & Co in their letter of 9 October (forwarded by hand under cover of your letter dated 18 October), Hong Kong have replied as follows:
"The minute signed by Wright-Nooth has been copied by Gunston, together with several other extracts from the Commissioner of Police's confidential file on and documents on File CP/CON/183/25. Gunston confirms that he now has copies of all documents requested by his principals. He knows of no request for production of a file in its entirety.

I should be grateful if you would inform Counsel accordingly.
