You wrote to Roy Hattersley on 2 May, enclosing a letter from Mr Pun Ting Chau, of 147 Woo Sung St, 2nd F1, Front Portion, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

We had already received the same letter direct from Mr Pun, and referred it to the Governor of Hong Kong for his comments. He has asked the Independent Commission Against Corruption to look into the case, and has so informed Mr Pun.
