Psychiatric report on LAU Ming-chiu
He was examined by me in this Centre and an electroencephalogram was also done. Clinically, he shows no symptom of mental illness and his electroencephalogram done on 2 occasions viz. 30.11.73 and 22.10.74 were both within normal limits.
Intelligence test done by the clinical psychologist showed that
his intelligence fall between the lower end of the normal range and the mildly retarded. This is however no indication for any psychiatric treatment.
