The writers say that LEUNG Wing-sang was good-natured and helpful when he was a small boy. His parents are aged and ailing and his family depends on him for living. It was most unfortunate that he has fallen into bad company and was involved in a murder case.

The writers hope that H.. will take into consideration that LEUNG Wing-sang was only 20 years old when he committed the murder and that his parents would die in the bereavement of their son. They request H.E. to have mercy on them and to grant LEUNG Wing-sang a reprieve.
