JUDGMENT

The appellant was found guilty of murder on

the 31st August, 1973 and sentenced to death by Mr.

Commissioner T.L. Yang. He appealed against his conviction. The grounds of such application being "That I was falsely accused and wrongly convicted".

The case came before the Full Court on the

5th November, 1973 and the appellant was represented by Mr. Paul Fok of Counsel. Mr. Fok, who represented the appellant in the court below told the court that he could find no ground upon which he could argue that the decision of the court below was wrong. Each of the three judges comprising the Full Court had examined the record and had also come to the same conclusion. It is unnecessary to set out the facts of the case which are clearly stated in the summing-up of the Commissioner. In the circumstances we dismiss the appeal.
