It is understood H.E. Sir Murray Maclehose,

Governor of Hong Kong may and will discuss the death punishment problem with the Secretary for Foreign Commonwealth Affairs in his present visit to London.

It is time for the British Government to pay attention to the voice of the Hong Kong people and Sir Murray's views by giving the Hong Kong Government full discretion to deal with the Hong Kong social problem by Hong Pong local laws particularly the death punishment.
