On 26.2.73 night HO So-kuen telephoned to me to go to Tsui King Lau in Fuk Wah St. At about 19.30 hrs. I arrived at the place and saw HO So-kuen, Tai Fei and two other males who were unknown to me. At that time HO So-kuen was negotiating with the opposite side males in regard to the matter that HO So- kuen's wife 'Fai Mui' was caught away by the opposite side because of owing them money. That night the two males of the opposite side insisted HO So-kuen to refund the several thousand dollars which 'Fai Mui' owed them before they could release 'Fai Mui'. At first HO So-kuen promised to redeem 'Fai Mui'. But I didn't see HO So-kuen paying money to the two of them. After the negotiation and before leaving those two men said to HO So-kuen, "We would release 'Fai Mui' if you bring the money up." After then we left respectively. At the doorway HO So-kuen invited me to meet each other again on 28.2.73 at 7:30 p.m. at Tsui King Lau, Fuk Wah St. and the purpose was to help HO So-kuen to go to find 'Fai Mui'

On 28.2.73 at 19/30 hrs. I went to Tsui King Lau, Fuk Wah St. and met HO So-kuen, Tai Fei, Kong Tiu Chuen, Ah Tim, Kong Chai and two other unknown males who are friends of So Kuen.

Shortly after 50 Kuen told those two men to go to hire private car and find the "weapons". At about 22.00 hrs. on 28.2.73 those two men came back to Tsui King Lau and said they had hired the cars and prepared the "weapons".

After sitting for a short while at about 22.45 hrs. on 28.2.73 we went out. So Kuen, Tai Fei, a driver and I boarded a car. While then Ah Tim, Köng Tiu Chuen, Kong Chai and another driver boarded another private car. We went in the car to 20, Yen Chau St. and were dropped on arriving there. SO Kuen then gave me a water-melon knife. We went up to the 9th floor and waited at the staircase. So Kuen, "We don't go in until someone open the door."

At about 23.00 hrs. on 28.2.73 I saw Tai Fei xatching two men from the lift on the 9th floor. He tied up one of them and pushed him to the door to press the door bell. At that time someone came to open the door. We then rushed into the house respectively.

There were several men and women in the house. Suddenly someone hit' So Kuen with a stool. Therefore, the people of us chopped the men therein with the long knives. I also chopped the man who carried the stool for several times. The one who was chopped then bleeded and collapsed on the floor.

After then we went downstairs and went in the private car to Kowloon Chai. I then dropped the bloodied clothes at the hillside of Kowloon Chai. At that time I handed the melon knife back to So Kuen and was then carried away by those two drivers. After then we left respectively. Since after I didn't see So Kuen and the other persons again.
