At Alan Donald's suggestion, I am sending you a copy of a critique which has just been produced by the Overseas Public Relations Co-Ordination Committee on the booklet "Hong Kong: A Case To Answer". Some of the information contained in the critique may be of use to you as background, although I fear that it will be too late for the Sillars' fusillade.

2.(up to) It would be extremely useful if you could send usten more copies of the little red booklet as soon as possible, although it would seem a pity to swell the profits of the Bertrand Russell Peace Foundation.
