3. The briefs will need to reach the PUS by mid-day on Monday, and he is mentioning the matter to Under-Secretaries at the morning meeting today. I should be grateful for contributions about the areas for which you are responsible by close of play today. I believe most of you already have copies of the relevant passages of OPD 74 (23) and the records of the earlier OPD meetings. If you do not, please let me know and I will let you have the relevant details during the course of the morning.
