At the meeting of the Steering Committee on 4 July Sir T Brimelow undertook to provide a list of the amendments which the Foreign and Commonwealth Office wished to make to the draft report (MISC 16(74)7). He also undertook to pro- duce a first draft of the section of the report on consultation and decision.

The list of amendments and the draft section on consultation and decision are attached as Annexes I and II.
