(e) Which other countries do we mean to consult or inform,
at what stage and what importance should we attach to their objections?
(f) Do the above considerations suggest the existence of
significant obstacles to the withdrawal of our forces or the need to make this withdrawal subject to any conditions or extra liabilities (financial or other)?
(g) If Ministers decide on withdrawal, what consequential
action might be desirable?
Since I dictated this minute yours on the same subject has reached me, but I am circulating this nevertheless because it seems to me that, although we have both been thinking on similar lines, each of us has suggested some points omitted by the other.
