1983, the enrolment pattern based on 100% of the 12
14 age
group in junior secondary forms and 40% in senior secondary
forms should be fully operative. Table III gives an estimate
of recurrent costs for the four key years 1974, 1976, 1979 and
1983, based on mid--1974 costs.
