Mr Clemitson (Luton, Fast): To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what percentage of the indigenous population of the Crown Colony of Hong Kong were receiving full-time higher education after the age of 16 years in 1965, 1970 and 1973.
