will wish to be aware of a letter from the Bishop of Hong Kong concerning this case, a copy of which is annexed to this memorandum.

Paragraph 13 of Annex B to memorandum XCS(74)2 covers the point made by the Bishop of Hong Kong concerning references given by Miss FUNG Fee-foong and the same annex explains that it is not possible to obtain an objective assessment of the statements made on Miss Fung's attitudes and experiences during the time she spent in China.
