BANKING ORDINANCE

SPECIFICATION OF SPECIFIED LIQUID ASSETS
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18(6)(h) of the Banking Ordinance, the Governor in Council has specified the securities set out in the Schedule, being securities guaranteed by the Government, as specified liquid assets for the purposes of section 18 of the Banking Ordinance.
SCHEDULE
Two Hundred and Twenty Guaranteed Notes each of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) and numbered 801521 to 801740 inclusive issued by The Hong Kong Building and Loan Agency Limited on 1st October 1973 and maturing on 1st October 1978.
