Regulations 11 and 12 prohibit the hawking

of animals or birds and the selling of unweaned

animals.

Regulation 13 makes it an offence to

contravene the regulations and prescribes the penalty.

Regulation 14 preserves licences granted

under regulation 5 of the Public Health (Animals and

Birds) (Animal Dealers) Regulations.
