1. I confirm the appointment made for Mr IJ V Watt on Thursday, 21 February, around noon in your roor. I holl bring him over following his previous appointment.

2. As you know, Nr Watt was Director of Government Information Services in Hong Kong and more recently Commissioner for Films and Television. He is now on a special mission to survey Hong Kong's public relations and information effort in the C Capitals. Follovin his week in London he will be spending a month on the continent visiting all the LC Capitals (except Copenhag Dublin and Luxembourg).
