POST-1975 ARRANGEMENTS

10. The improvements envisaged for 1975 are a

step in the right direction but will not be

sufficient in themselves to meet our aim for the

substantial improvement of the Scheme in future

years. The Community should agree that its

measures for future improvements to the Scheme

should take particular account of the interests

of the poorer developing countries.
