(iv) It remains the intention of the uropean Community to improve its GoP arrangements year by year, and if certain improvements which we have been seeking are not made in 1975, Britain and dong Long can press for them aguin in 1976. (and by the time the 1976 arrangements come to be agreed, Britain's future relationship with the Community will be clear. ither we shall be staying in, and the Community will have to reco nise that there will be continuing pressure from Britain on behalf of Mong kong; or out, and able to deteiniue our own G04).
