We are in close touch with the Hong Kong Government

and on 4 April the Department of Trade and Department of Industry

had talks with the Hong Kong Director of Commerce and Industry

on the tactics and objectives for which the UK Delegation should

aim on Hong Kong's behalf. There is no difference between us

in principle.
