Mr Goodfellow, Hong Kong and Department

1

We have just received a telephone call from

Mr Robert McGrath, President of World Coin Corportion Inc who is currently visiting Hong Kong. World Coin Corporation has been ex used by a number of our best Indian Dependencies to mint and market special and commenorative coins to the obvious financial advantage of the territorial governments. Cayman Islands got over half a million dollars last year and certainly the Turks and Caicos Islands expect USS 0.4 million this year along with Belize. His company has established a good reputation in the West Indian region.

2 Mr McGrath has a parently met the Governor of Hong kong who has arranged for him to meet someone I called Bligh. He telephoned us to ask whether we

might telegraph the governor confirming his company is held in good repute. I told him I could make

no promises but would seek your advice.

3

If you see no objection perhaps you may care to send the attached telegram.
