be necessary to include the material given in the penultimate paragraph on page 4 of the trial report. If this information is intended to relate to Article 1 (2) the latter would not aunger to need to be answered by Hong Kong. The purpose of Article 1 (2) is made clear in paragraphs 26 and 41 of the Experts' 1964 Report and relates only to those countries which receive special mention: in Convention No. 1 dealing with Hours of Work (Industries). Hong Kong is not among them.
