1. At the office meeting on 8 October, Mr Stuart asked if I would ensure that we had readily available up-to-date information on ILO Conventions that have been applied to Hong Kong.

2. I attach below:-

(i) a list showing those IL Conventions that have been fully applied to Hong Kong and those that have been applied with modifications,

(ii) a list of IL Conventions that are at present under active consideration with regard to new and improved declarations of application.
