Amendment of section

18.

Amendment

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance 1974 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1974.

2. Section 18 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsections (2), (3) and (4) by deleting "Secretary for Home Affairs" wherever it appears and substituting in each place the following-

"Commissioner of Rating and Valuation".

3. Section 20 of the principal Ordinance is amended by of section deleting "Secretary for Home Affairs" and substituting the

following-

Amendment of section 121.

Amendment of section 123.

"Commissioner of Rating and Valuation".

4. Section 121 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (3) by deleting "Secretary for Home Affairs" and sub- stituting the following-

"Commissioner of Rating and Valuation".

5. Section 123 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsections (1) and (3) by deleting "Secretary for Home Affairs" and substituting the following-

"Commissioner of Rating and Valuation”.
