Honourable Members will be asked:

(a) to advise whether the Bankruptcy (Amendment)

Bill 1974 (at Annex A) and the Companies (Amendment) (No 2) Bill 1974 (at Annex B) should be introduced into the Legislative Council; and

(b) to note that the Legislative Council will be asked to amend the Schedule to the Labour Tribunal Ordinance (at Annex C).

(The Assistant Registrar General (Mr J.L.G. MCLEAN) and Crown Counsel (Mr E.R. ASTIN) will attend before the Council for the discussion of this item).
