NOTES:

(1) Lesotho has withdrawn from membership of the ILO, but it

nevertheless continues to be bound by the Convention.

In November 1971, the Governing Body recognised the Government of the People's Republic of China as the representative Government of China in the ILO. The Director-General of the ILO noted that the question of treaty obligations assumed since 1950 as regards China was a complex one which arises throughout the United Nations system'. The relevant organisations will be informed of any development in this connection in due

course.

(3) The information in this Annex does not take account of

minor changes which may have taken place since the last J annual conference of the International Labour Organisation

held in June 1973.
