Faragraph 1 of your minute above. When I sent you these papers I did in fact attach GGD file HXL 7/393/2 with Mr Foggon's letter of 29 April flagged (our Registry have a record that it was marked to you on 4 July).

I had not registered a copy of this letter on our files as it was concerned solely with the application of IL Convention and I understood that you were anxious that ILO papers should not be registered outside GGD.

2. Your paragraph 4. I will arrange for copies of the papers requested to be sent to you when action has been completed on this file.
