HONG KONG: LABOUR AFFAIRS

There has been a renewed spate of Parliamentary

interest in the labour affairs of Hong Kong and I intend

to pay a further visit there between 8 and 21 February 1974.

I would appreciate the opportunity of a talk with Mr Blaker
