The Ministerial Visits Committee is to hold its next meeting on Thursday 20 June at 3.00 p m in the Permanent Under Secretary's

Office.

2. 20 June will be the last day of Sir Murray MacLehose's official meetings in London. Hong Kong and Indian Ocean Department have no further inward or outward visits to report. I am informing Protocol and Conference Department accordingly.
