Dear Mrs Laurance.
In our recent telephone conversation, you kindly offered to arrange for some papers to be forwarded to Hong Kong for me, by air in the Diplomatic bag in time for my visit there from May 18th to 31st.
I am most grateful to you for doing this and hope the package is not too heavy. If it is, please return it and I will try to reduce it.
I should be most grateful if you could let me know exactly
where I should pick it up in Hong Kong.
My Last day in the office is Friday May 3rd and I leave for Singapore on Tuesday May 7th.
