You will know from PSD that I have leave to visit Nairobi, Seychelles and Hong Kong. My programme will

be as follows:-

a) 26 June Nairobi one day.

b)

27 June Seychelles eleven days.

c)

8 July Hong Kong seven days

2. As I shall be staying in hotels in both places and as hotel charges in Seychelles are £20 a day and upwards, and in Hong Kong even more, I would be very grateful if you could arrange an advance of subsistence

for me.
