I suggest the following additions to paragraph 22 of the draft submission.

2. In the list of territories in which we would not particularly welcome visiting missions at present, I suggest the addition of Belize, Falkland Islands, Ascension Island and Cayman Islands. I should incidentally like to see the final form of the detailed annex giving the list of Dependent Territories.

3. Also in paragraph 22 I suggest the addition at some convenient point (perhaps after the end of the. 7th sentence):

"We should moreover make it quite clear that

we would not agree to a visiting mission

if the local Government was opposed to it."
