We would have been quite happy to take up the point in paragraph 3. But I now learn that the visit is cancelled. Mr Sales, as President of the Amateur Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, was invited to go to Iran instead; but he was unable to spare the relevant time.
