It is hereby notified that, in accordance with instructions received from Her Majesty the Queen through the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. L. M. DAVIES, C.M.G., O.B.E., J.P., to be an Official Member of the Legislative Council with effect from 29th October, 1974 to 30th June, 1976, both dates inclusive.
