GOVERNOR
In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause XIV of
the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1972, I appoint
HUGH MOSS GERALD FORSCATE
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice of
the Peace, to be provisionally an Unofficial Member of the Legislative
Council of Hong Kong from 22nd April 1974 during the absence from
the Colony of Mr Guy Mowbray Sayer, Justice of the Peace.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony
on 22nd April 1974.
