1. Mrs Heaton from the Treasury (X 723) has been trying to contact Mr Champion about Mr Larmour's sub- mission to Miss Lestor and the draft DCPC memorandum.

2. The Treasury are surprised that the draft memorandum makes no mention of the Defence Review reference, in particular to 3.1.0.. and on Kong. They suggest we draft an extra paragraph for the memorandum about this, clearing it with them.
