FCO PAR 1973: FUTURE OF THE DEPENDENT TERRITORIES

It is now possible that the PAR, together with the CPRS commentary circulated yesterday, will be taken by Ministers on Wednesday 23 January . If Mr Larmour is back in the Office on Monday he may wish to call a meeting to finalise the draft brief to be sent up to the Secretary of State via Lord Balniel's office on the one hand and Mr Wood's office on the other hand. I attach the draft as it stands and should be grateful for any telephoned suggestions by close of play today.
