BRITISH OVERSEAS TRADE BOARD: OVERSEAS PROJECTS GROUP ADVISORY PANEL

1. I attach a copy of the relevant portion of the minutes of the last meeting of this Panel when the Hong Kong Mass Transit Scheme was discussed.

2. The Hong Kong Mass Transit Scheme is again on the agenda for the Panel's next meeting on 10 December. There is no paper for this meeting but I should be glad to know whether there is anything you would wish Mr Cloake to raise.
