details of buildings and foundations adjacent to stations and critical sections;

station layouts;

(f) details of the locations of utility services; and

(g) performance specifications as regards E & M supplies.

Proposed Sequence of Events

The consortium have suggested a phased programme which

envisages that:

(a) they would in due course receive a Letter of Intent

signifying the client's intention to negotiate a contract with them;

(b)

the information required by the consortium (see paragraph 16 above) would be issued to them progressively as it is ready;

the consortium would produce detailed designs for a part of the system (Kowloon Bay Depot North to Diamond Hill) and, within five months, negotiate a contract for that part as well as agree on the general layout and specifications for the remainder of Stages 1-4; and

within a further three months (i.e. eight months from the date of the Letter of Intent) negotiations on the full contract for Stages 1-4 would be completed.
