Dear Sir Murray,
Geoffrey Kennedy, who, as the head of Kennedy & Donkin, is associated with Freeman Fox, your consultants on the Mass Transit System, has written to the PUS to say that he hopes to be in Hong Kong during the week beginning 9 July on Mass Transit work, and would very much like the opportunity of meeting you if possible. The PUS has replied with the suggestion that when Mr Kennedy arrives in Hong Kong, he should get in touch with you and see what can be arranged.
2.
If Kennedy & Donkin were associated with the British consortium, this request might be embarrassing. But since this is not so you will no doubt be able to consider Mr Kennedy's request on its merits. We do not know where he will be staying.
Yours ever,
