I am so sorry that I have not written to thank you before now for the very good lunch you were kind enough to give me last month.
On the day following our meeting I flew off to Central America and after visiting three countries there. I paid a brief visit to the Sudan and am only just back in London. So I hope you will forgive my seeming discourtesy.
