these lines? Perhaps tao adventure to UK owners would be timinished to the point at which we should not be too concerned about access, especially if we were proposing to relax nationality requirements for the UK register. This may need to be discussed urgently with the Chamber and Federation.
Both Dr. Cowley and Captain Anderson telephoned me at the weekend and I have arranged to begin discussions at 10.30a.m. on Tuesday, 18th December, to last most of that day and part of the next. Any recipients of this minute or their representatives would be welcome. I surgest we begin with general impressions of the team and nationality requirements, including those in Europe, proceed to safety equipment and trade with Japan on the Tuesday afternoon and try to reach an agreed line then or on Wednesday.
