Following that I imagine that the Minister will want to minute again to the Frine Minister before a decision is taken. It seems unlikely that we could get to this stage before the beginning of May and, if this plan is agreed, you might perhaps let Lord Bridges know the present state of play. I met him socially recently and he referred to the Prime Minister's interest in this question.
