Rolph has heart

attack

The Commissioner of Narcotics, Mr Norman Rolph, was admitted to Queen Mary Hospital early yesterday morning when he collapsed at his home after a heart attack.

Mr Rolph collapsed shortly after 2 mm and was taken to hospital in a wheelchair by ambulancemen. He Was accompanied by his wife,

Doctors at the hospital suid yesterday that his condition was got serious.

Mr Rolph is expected to be dischmged on Monday.

Mrs Rolph visited him yesterday afternoon before kurying to a plane bound for the United Kingdom to make preparations for the marriage of their daughter next month.

Mr Rolph suffered a similar attack in December, 197¦ while he was still in the police force and

was Acting Police Commissioner during the absence of Mr C. P. Sutcliffe.

He was kept in hospital for about two weeks for a titorouph medeni efek up before being discharged.
