(m) Propose at an appropriate time that China should

take a seat on the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs, or support such a proposal if made by another country. (Paragraph 44.)

(n) Propose at an appropriate time that China should

become a member of the International Narcotics Control Board, or support such a proposal if made by another country. (Paragraph 44.)

(o) Include a representative from Hong Kong as a member

of any British delegation attending United Nations and other international conferences dealing with the problems of narcotic and other dangerous drugs. (Paragraphs 45 and 46.)
