This is a belated line of thanks for asking me to that delightful lunch on 22nd October, when I had the opportunity of meeting members of the Hong Kong Urban Council.

LEED.

I am off to Hong Kong on Monday for two weeks, and I will try to lay plans for a visit to Peking when I go out again next February.

In the meantime, the Chinese Embassy have been on to me about the Prospect Theatre Company, which we are taking to the Hong Kong Festival in February and we are also trying to arrange a visit of the guitarist John Williams, who is, as a matter of interest, a quarter Chinese!
