E VISITS TO HONG KONG
I noticed that the list of Members of Parliament to be invited to visit Hong Kong as the guests of the Hong Kong Government this year includes 2 or 3 Government Whips. I thought you might find it helpful to see a copy of a recent office circular on visits by Government Whips and I am enclosing a copy for your information.
2. While I am writing I wonder if I could ask you whether dates have yet been provisionally fixed for the proposed 1974 Arts Festival in Hong Kong.
