LETTER FROM SIR JOHN TILNEY MP THE BLAIR-KERR REFORT

1. Sir John Tilney has written to Mr Royle asking for his

comments on the section in Sir Alastair Blair-Kerr's second

report proposing amendment to the Fugitive Offenders Act,

which the Governor has brought to his attention.
