LETTER FROM MR HAROLD WILSON'S OFFICE

1. Mr Albert Murray, in Harold Wilson's Office, wrote to you on 10 August forwarding a letter which Mr Wilson has received from Mrs Elsie Elliott in Hong Kong.

2. We need to consult Hong Kong on the particular allegations raised in Mrs Elliott's letter and I have written today by bag to Hong Kong asking for a reply by the end of August, if necessary by telegram.
