Mr James Johnson (Kingston-upon-Hull, West): To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, in view of the anxiety amongst the public in Hong Kong regarding corruption in the police force, fire services and government departments, if he will institute an inquiry with a view to taking appropriate action.
